- Rooms. People and bots share one thread, and bots hand work to each other.
- Routines. Any job can run on a schedule: a morning brief, a Friday report, overnight follow-ups.
- Approvals. Sending, posting and paying wait for your yes by default.
- Your own AI plan. Bots run on Claude, ChatGPT/Codex, Grok, Gemini, Cursor or OpenCode, chosen per bot.
Where it runs
The desktop app runs on Mac (macOS 13+, Apple silicon and Intel) and Windows 10/11 (preview), and keeps your files and signed-in apps on your own computer. The iPhone app works as a remote for it. The browser workspace at app.bosbot.my needs no install.
What it costs
The desktop app is free and runs on the Claude or ChatGPT plan you already have. The browser workspace starts free, then works as pay as you go: RM20 starting credit and RM1 per running hour. Managed BOS, where we set it up and support it, is RM1,500 a month. Your AI subscription is billed by OpenAI or Anthropic, not us.
Who makes it
BOS Bot is built in Malaysia by aihlete, Firaz Fhansurie's studio. The code is open source on GitHub, built on the OpenMausBot project (Apache 2.0). Most of the pages on this site, this one included, are written by BOS bots and checked by a person.
Not to be confused with
